I've heard alot about asking OOC-IC questions that are poor (which I don't do) but I want to see what this comes up with.
So I've always thought of stats, and skills as self-evident, meaning, of course that IRL if you wanted to shoot a gun better, let's say then you know what you have to do to get there, practice, maybe read a book, practice some more, and viola! you get better. or if I want to be a better electrician, or salesman, or hacker, or whatever, it should be pretty obvious what I have to do to reach my goal. the reason I bring this up is twofold: first some of the skills should be redescribed (some of the ones pretaining to grid and matrix espically me thinks) yeah, yeah it's on the list right? :)

second of all I was thinking about asking a admin/gm about some info regarding a stat/skill and how it affects me situation, but I don't want to ask and get scolded with the "it's IC info" statement… ugh, it's only happened to me a few times in the past year or so, but it frustrates me when I disagree.
your opinion(or in the admin's case rules?)
