@stats question

Ok, bare with me….

Do the habilities of a character affect his/her skills? I think that they set up a base modifier or some bonus to the pertinent skills.

So if I put all my ue in agility does it affect my dodge and my martial arts skills?

Witch are the skills linked to each stats and what is the progression of both?

Stats in any intelligently-constructed RPG will affect your skills. So yeah, your stats (STR, PER, END, AGI, etc.) affect the performance of your skills. You may just have Ace dodging, but if you're slower than slow, well, you just won't move fast enough to take full advantage of your training. And, in my experience, you can figure out what stats affect what skills by simple (if *slightly* convoluted) logic. Remeber to check 'help stats' and look at the sub-stats, it'll explain a whole lot.
I've always thought this information was a no-no to discuss.  But really..  if you thinkg about it..  it all makes sense, right?  :P  I'll just leave it at that.
