Realistically, nobody is making 120-200k a week to pay for the rent on these things (EVEN if you room with ten other people) - so who is going to use and pay for these things besides people who donate to the project for their rent subsidy? Should their prices not be adjusted to more realistic numbers?

Those can be earned as RP award from certain people and factions, think megacorporation's, syndicates and so on, find out more icly.

A large majority of them are faction rewards. Though I do think some places should be adjusted. Some of the Perm housing should be available. I'm of the opinion that perm housing should be removed if we can't buy it currently. Feels like missing out because I didn't play when they were first available.

It feels like there's way too many faction reward only large pads. Yes, the best of the best should stay that way, but there shouldn't be entire apartment complexes that are just reward pads.

It would be interesting that if youve live somewhere long enough a large pad could be offered to you in the same stucture. The management wants long term clientel to pay more. Move up, or move out mentality.

How are these faction pads rewarded? I think a lot of them sit empty when they could be the stages of cool events.
Are we earning them less or are they gated too high? Be interesting to get an idea of that.

There are a lot of large pads, sure, but also most of those are unique and have history to them. I don't particularly agree with just letting it turn into a first come first serve situation where people can rent them freely.
Some of those pads have also been used by GMs for GM plots as well. I think ultimately the reason why they mostly remain unused is because they aren't given out easily and I think that's the right way to go as it feels like another accomplishment milestone for your success and reflects the effort you put in.

Just so you know. You cant designate a large arparment as a pad. Only the normal ones.
So, i 1000000% agree. These large pads are just going to waste.
PLEASE LOWER THE COST TO SOMETHING REASONABLE.
There are people that would LOVE to rent these for one reason or another. (i think they should be moved around, so theres a few in each of the larger factions turfs. and those factions should give them out to crews that work for them.)
