NLM Quickterms

I've got myself a Quickterm in character and would like to use it. I looked at the help nlm and went to the website like it directed and logged into the website, but where do I go from there? I tried to use media feed but there wasn't anything there.
Once you login to the website if you look to the right you'll see a small table that states Welcome Player!
Below that you'll see these options:

Manage Account
Manage Character
Access Quickterm

Logoff Website

Click on Access Quickterm. A new window will pop up. Use it in the same fashion as the bitch boards. You must be in possession of a Quickterm or be in the same place as one to access it on the web.

Only shows logoff website for me, won't do anything apart from that.
Do you get a message saying you're not currently connected to the MOO, even tho you were? If that's the case, the fix is easy, just let me know. It's down web proxies at your ISP. Your web connection is being recorded as coming from the ISP proxy address while telnet connections come from your IP. The MOO tries to match these to establish if you're connected to the MOO or not… in the case of proxies, the two addies don't match and the MOO thinks you're not connected.

[admin]How soon are we likely to see the MOO side QT access tool, Johnny? Not wanting to harass or anything, but if it's going to be an extended wait then we're going to need a quick fix solution to the proxy problem for players without compromising security too much. What I'm thinking, instead of setting the flag you created on .rp_info permenantly, we add a quick snippet of code that sets that flag from another flag when a player connects, and clears it on disconnect. That way at least the low security setting will only be in effect for the duration of the players connection… Then again, I could be talking out my ass since I've really got no clue how this all works at the moment.[/admin]

I have this problem too. Do I let you know in the game or here?
If you are getting an 'OOC ERROR' in the Quickterm window after clicking ''Access Quickterm' in your player menu, please contact a staff member in game.

If when you log into the website, you get a message about not being logged into the game and that you need to log off, please contact a staff member in game.

There are several causes possible for this.

You might not have cookies enabled, you might be behind a proxy server or there may be a communication problem between the web server and the game server.

There are solutions to the problem in 98% of the situations, so don't flip out, just use 'xhelp'.
