I propose that the rest function could reset your number. Perhaps it could be extended to other phones, like the 9 and 7, so people would instead pay a decker to reset their phone instead of hoarding burners to change their number?

Maybe there be a difficulty barrier to do it so it isn't done too often, but I like the idea as it can help keep bloat down.

I like this idea. My only concern is it would adversely effect that Fixer, Pickpocket, and Mugger market for Progia's which is probably the #1 resold item in the game.
