Ad Spam
Distracting your enemies before the fight.

It'd be neat if there was a, even non-damaging, way to force ad spam on an enemy with decking preferably or some kind of device that causes the same level of distraction as being in a bar, but it should make it hard to fight because distracting flashing lights. Like targeted SIC spam so deckers have some meaningful thing they can do to affect the outcome of their combat friends winning a fight.

Edit: I should clarify I don't mean like your actual console is spammed a bunch, but rather just an IC debuff with an occasional message for as long as the effect lasts. "Your SIC chip is spamming you with random, distracting ads."
