Just a couple things I'm inspired to ask for. First, is a room has an active flood effect, add the [FLOODED] tag to the room name, much like [CROWDED], please?
Second, when a room is flooded, I would love if it counted as rough terrain and prevented vehicles that can't traverse such from moving through them.
I love this weather effect though!
