It should be possible, at a very high level, with a daemon, to temporarily null out your SIC ID from you alias. Since this could be particularly powerful, this should last for a much shorter duration in comparison to monitor daemons. And, there should still be a chance the a rival decker can detect that the alias has it's ID nulled out, and perhaps even pierce and detect the ID regardless.
Edit: I think for added balance, it could be a daemon that requires constant access, otherwise it stops functioning until access is restored, and maybe it could also require the target has a scan on the device which is producing the effect. So, combining with the scan scrub idea, scrubbing a user of the scans targeting would end the effect until the scan is restored.
