Just what it says on the tin. I'm not sure if it would break anything in the game, so I'll rely on feedback for that, but essentially:
The current system already recognizes Strength as the prerequisite for moving bodies and Endurance as the cost of doing so. Carrying would extend that existing framework with a somewhat faster movement mode for characters whose Strength is sufficiently high to lift the target, without removing or trivializing dragging.
It would functionally work the same as dragging does:
- Requires a successful grapple.
- Can still be resisted if target is unwilling.
The only difference being that it would reward a larger gap between Character A's Strength and Character B's weight + encumbrance. So, dragging would still come into play if the aforementioned gap is narrow.
