Many years ago the cultural quarters were added and with them street vendors, however, they never received the butcher script possessed by certain other vendors for carcasses.
Ideally, I think the pay out for baseline carcasses could be increased to be even greater than or equal to crates. In addition, I'd add a condition that if it was a RePet it be worth a considerable amount such as 10000. Naturally, this would all tie into one's weekly allowance.
