Key Scan
Let deckers do it...

It'd be neat if deckers had the ability to scan a SIC encryption key to gain some information about the SIC IDs that are receiving that encryption. This would make them essential in counter intelligence.

There are ways to retrieve this information physically already with the appropriate tools and (now luckily) with the appropriate skills. It doesn't automatically blast who all is on the key - I think that would be overpowered and block more rp than it would create.


Edit - if this was added, it should be really hard. Not just a skillcheck, but require a lot of effort/resources/risk
