Well, If I'm not mistaken, the entire point of judges was to have a quick, simple, effective method of dealing with criminals. �There was too much crime going on to deal with on a trial-by-trial basis, so they issued Judges to clean things up on-site, or at least within a short amount of time. �I don't think the majority of Withmore much cares of Judges are biased or not.. �as long as they clean up the filth. �Law can be used by anyone in authority, I suppose.. �it's a knowledge of a certain and special kind. �How to utelize that knowledge, however, is up to the user's discretion. �I only thing Lawyers would come around if things in Withmore cooled down extremely, to where Judges aren't needed more and constant crime isn't prevailent.
