A cybernetic which could allow dips and sneaks to subtly scan something as long as they can briefly touch it and / or get their palm near it and then take a sort of scan chip to a decker so they can upload that scan data into their Term. Nothing fancy, it's just meant to be a sneakier way of handling this than the much more obvious methods that already exist. Success should depend on your Thievery skill, I think.
