Is there any way that the eNote verbs can be updated to accept both "on" and "from" when it comes to file operations? (add, del, read, show, print)

Strong agree here. Getting the wrong preposition is frustrating.

Another proposal would be to standardize them. Either make all of the verbs "on" or all "from".
