This is one of those things, you could totally chase up IC and see if you can make it a reality. Might take some effort to find the right people to talk to, but there's always someone IC that knows someone that knows something that can point you in the right direction. Worst that happens is you get a no, or if you've put in enough effort, you get a yes, or you get a meet in the middle option.
