Things for apartments.

@idea from Rigby

Coffee makers, toasters and bread, couches:) hehe, or maybe like a kisok in the lobby or something that sells these things. You could have Condom Kisoks in all the coffin places, booze too. MiniFridges, phones stuff like that.

on a different subject how about doors for the apartments with 2 rooms, hehe, it's hard to get your groove on when a 12 year old boy keeps walking in:p

and yet a different subject, how about being able to open the gate at VP instead of having to climb it all the time, maybe an eye scanner would work:)
Ok I'm done now:)

Yeah it would be a little akward trying to get your groove on with a twelve yer old staring at you.  That would be a little distracting.  Maybe you can even program in like a hot tub for those expensive rooms??
Somewhat planned tho probably low on anyone's priority list codewise at the moment. Myself and FS envisage a system whereby there will be a big store, probably in Mallplex, where players will be able to purchase furniture and other home accessory items. Delivery will be optional if you don't feel like dragging a couch home by yourself.

Once deadlift is done and I get the required code done for haulage/cargo vehicles, the furniture delivery system may become more viable and -then- maybe I'll look at it. First I want to get the systems to support it in, rather than botching a home furnishing system then having to recode it when vehicles are delivery capable.

How about for now just making a container (no coding needed :) ), make it heavy (have to drag it), and name it "fridge" (or dresser, or bookshelf, whatever)

Then just make a room to buy them from. Shouldn't be too hard, won't need any extra code :)

Just so you all know.. I'm not releasing ANY more containers into the game until we work out our problems with sizing and fix containers.

So.. you'll all have to make do with what is out there.

Bleh, you spoiled my idea…

:)
