It would perhaps be beneficial if, while your character is dead, you could @add-note or @review-cloth, or a myriad of other things that are effectively OOC upkeep tasks.

There's a good number of people who have a tendency to get heated when they die.
Certainly not a majority, but it's still probably for the best they're not writing notes fresh off a kill.
