1. we are seeing fewer submissions over time, which means we aren't trending toward infinity in terms of how many bugs we have.
2. the count of unresolved bugs per month is pretty static, meaning that we're not accumulating bugs faster than we are able to close them (even with me having been putting in less time resolving bugs over the past 6 months).
3. there are a certain number of bugs each month which are either too involved, or require specialized knowledge to solve that are going unfixed
