For those of you who haven't been made aware that this code exists, many NPCs now require certain items.
Let me use a mechanic for instance. The mechanic needs a mechanic toolbelt. If they find themselves without one and you ask them if there is anything you can find for them they will tell you what they need.
Anyone, can bring them this item. Hand it to them just like a scavenger, except that if you bring it after they will no longer want it.
Gangers also require weapons at all times, and DRUGS. Different gangers want different drugs and they actually CONSUME the drugs over time so you can sell them more down the line.
This is great code for drug dealers and small time fixers. There is no limit on how many different gangers you can sell stuff to in a day, at least not right now. However we may impose one if people start getting rich off this shit.
The best part about this code is that it keeps NPCs equipped with items they NEED without a GM having to do it, and they keep chy in the pockets of the players at the same time.
Give it a try. It's just like scavenger code except with specific items each time.
