Now here's my point of view, Hells bells on the ankles of Satan's angels if it's been discussed before or whatever. I play Sindome… Wait I play Sindome quite alot... Well more than can be healthy I'm sure... So if I play I'm more than in-titled to write rambling posts that do eventually get to the point.
Right where was I... Oh yes, Is it me or did I miss the sign on the door that say's if your viewable by the general public your not playing the game right.
Now I happily understand the need to use stealth tactics when stalking your chosen prey, because if it runs, you've got to chase it and I'm afraid that's just far too much bloody effort especially if all you want to do in life is have a few beers and kill a few people.
But I don't know. It appears or rather they don't, that there's a few people out there that employ their cloaks of invisibility every time they leave the house, apartment, cardboard box. The first time I saw someone looming out of the shadows I thought wow that's quite mad and fun but now after the 19th thousand entrance by a character just appearing from a corner of the room in a poof of magical smoke I find it... annoying and tiresome.
Now I have throughout my life occassionally dabbled in the mystic art of making a point only to have someone point out that I'm wrong and life returns to it's normal disjointed self, But I'm making an effort here.
The question I here by ask is this;
Does every single person that uses thier stealth bunny slippers of hiding have a concrete IC reason to do so or are they trying to avoid RP... you know that whole thing that we joined sindome to do.
Footnote;
Any character that wanders around and claims that thier simply acting parnoid or being careful... Please leap of the glass horse that you appear to be sitting on you can on the whole wrap your average newbie into funny ballon animal shapes and squish them into a bake bean tin, you've no reason to hide, your naturally impressive just wandering around and knowing everything, looming out of the shadows gets old after the second time you do it, so why ?
