Yeah, so I have no doubt that all of you have seen this movie. So answer my question!
Kurt russels character is Snake Pliskin.
is there any Relation to Metal Gear Solid in there?
Also, I plan on seeing Escape from LA soon, how are the two alike? (I mean, is it just EFNY reshaped to fit EFLA?)
Also, New york reminded me of RED.

Heh, there both great movies, and they play off each other. I would reccomend watching them back to back, to see how really well they do it.
And I've asked my safe that same fucking question! His name is snake, i think he has the same tat.. WHO IS HE!

It�s from 1984. Nasty gangers attempt to defend their destroyed hellhole of a home from the evil corp(tm) despite being offered swell accommodations in mexico, or new mexico, (ie. Someplace warm and not a hellhole.) Do not question the plot if you watch this.
The movie has a 10 year old explosives genius and *drum roll* The Disinfestors who wear silver suits and carry flamethrowers that kill people instantly but leave them completely recognisable with all hair intact. It�s B movie goodness with a body count in the... uh... it's up there and paddy wagons that look like ice cream trucks. Definitely a drinking game movie.
Better yet, watch the MST3K version. MST3K makes everything better.
As for Snake Plissken, �In the Playstation 2 game Metal Gear Solid 2, the main character's name is Solid Snake. When going undercover, he uses the alias, Plisken.� *pets the IMDB* ah the sweet smell of homage and creative influence.

The original Metal Gear (which I spent a great many hours playing) was for the NES back in the 80s. And yes, the game developers based the game character on the movie character.
