Okay, so, This Guy and I are staining the trim in this house. Simple job, only 30 man hours to do. All it involved was re-staining and varnishing the wood trim around the windows, and a little bit of siliconing.
I stained, he siliconed. Simple right?
No.
Fuck no. Buddy got silicon on EVERY FUCKING WINDOW. He managed to get almost NO silicon chaulking where it was supposed to go.
So guess who has to fucking clean up and baby sit this guy? Me.
Yup. Friday I spent in this hot fucking house SCRAPING SILICON off the WINDOWS with a putty knife and trying to fix this guys fuckup. I've got to go back this after noon and do it some more. At least today I get a razor to get this silicon off.
If I work with this kid again, he's gonna be fucking cleaning up his own shit, not me. I'll fucking walk. I don't have time to bloody take care of this garbage. It cuts into my peice-work rate bigtime.
