Instead, use the Apple tech support forum.
And here's another: While posting on the Apple tech support forum, don't just say, "It dosn't work." Give a detailed description of your configuration, and exactly the problem your experiencing.
You'll get much better results that way. Promise.

It isn't their fault that people are being over sensitive.
It isn't their fault that people are posting to the SINDOME MESSAGE BOARD with questions for the APPLE MESSAGE BOARDS.
It isn't their fault that there are still people on the planet who don't know how to use GOOGLE.
And Lotus, you are about the last person on the planet who should be telling anybody to be polite. I've seen you be a flaming jerk on many occasions.

Now, with that being said, I'm locking this topic because:
1) Downloading the updated software for your iPod is not a matter that we here on the SINDOME forum need to discuss. There are forums on APPLE and on various technical support websites that can provide people with PROFFESSIONAL advice.
2) Use of Google, and the spreading of the Google Doctrine, though interesting, are not really relevant.
3) I see this topic already degenerating to fart and pee and poop jokes, which we all know only leads to excessive flaming. Or at least our IQ's dropping a few points for a while.
