I've booted an idea around for a mini SD logo for general use. A circular image of some kind, suitable to the theme, containing 'SD' or 'Sindome', or perhaps both. It has too be simple and fit the webpage color scheme.

If anyone has any thoughts or wants to sketch something up, mail me the results?

Initial thoughts were for a mechanical toothed cog wheel, rusty and aged, overlayed with SD in similar lettering to the new webpage header logo. I think Gally is working on a concept, anyone else is welcome to pitch in.

Soon would be nice, I want something cool for my forthcoming Sindome tattoo.

We MUST have continuity with our branding. The website logo IS part of our branding. It will need to resemble the website logo a great deal.

I'm currently working on the SD logo. I've done up the sprocket/gear thing that Rastus suggested, but it's very plain at the moment. Throw me some thoughts, suggestions on what to do with it. I'd also like to know what the font is for our current Sindome logo. *pokes Johnny* and specific colors to be used.

No what I mean is you use a program call LogoManager and create a picture ie. SD in a Bolded Circle, not sure if they're on WAP sites though as I've designed my own a couple of times I've never had to download from one of those logo sites :P

I have an idea, it sucks and I don't know how hard it would be to create but enough excuses listen carefully now….

How about a circle Skyline of the dome, inside or outside, with red spraypaint SD in big letters, and maybe Sindome around the outside, or right across the middle, average size.

Like I said just an idea, a medicore one at that, but that is my 2 cents

hmm.. circle skyline of the dome? I'm not sure I know what exactly you mean.
I'd like to keep the colors along the same lines as the rest of the website also, so that it will not look out of place or different from everything else.
I also want to make it scalable, so I want to keep details fairly low. I'm taking all thoughts and ideas into consideration here, so keep them coming.
