Hey hey we're the monkies, and people say we monkey around, but we're to busy singin' to bug anybody in town….
Just for those of you who are semi-new or are new... whenever we do crash, RP does not 'dissappear' unless there was a gear change or death involved. Something where a transfer of goods/money or death occured. If its a conversation, or a buisness deal where nothing was exchanged, it stays. For the most part RP stays... BUT you will not be reimbursed for items lost. If we were to do that, we'd be spending days trying to track everything down.
For those of you who have just recently created a char... you have an even more interesting situation. There is a chance that several people's chars may have been lost in the crash, if we do end up having to drop back to a past checkpoint. I do not as of yet know how the situation will be handled... That will be one of the first things we attend to once the game is back up.
I thank you for your patience, and still ask that you do not message Johnny or Kevlar while they work to get us back up. My AIM and ICQ are on and waiting if you want to ask.

We lost 4 hours... yes... ONLY FOUR FUCKING HOURS. And that was the time that the MOO was down. We were able to go back to the last checkpoint.
On a lighter note... we now have at least a minimal understanding of how the server actually works... um... wait. I didn't say that.
