The Mob

So I've been wondering. What about the Mob? With 65 million people allegedly inhabiting the Dome, why haven't any of the world's illustrious criminal organizations come in to try to make a fast buck? I mean, at least the Russian Kombinat could buy a few of the whore houses… And if a bunch of psychotic Triads were running around, that'd make life really nice for the Judges. Just a thought.
