How did everyone who was present think the meeting went? And do we have an editted log anywhere?

Yes.  An editted log.  Sorry I missed the meeting everyone.  I had an exam that ran on too long so I missed the last bus home.  :\  Hopefully I'll be able to attend the next one.

I hear everything went very well though from everyone I've talked to about it.  Wish I coulda been there.

I think the meeting went really well, while I was there (most of it) I wish I could have stuck around for the whole thing, but I have yet to find a way to put real life on hold..   :)

I was impressed with the turnout too, I think 27 was the highest count I saw…(yeah I know the counter isn't always accurate)  I hope some of the things discussed will stick with all of us for a long time to come, and inspire bigger and better stuff in the dome.

Not sure it was touched on or not, but an issue that I just thought of.

The sheer number of people that are hidden on the @who. In theory, there really shouldn't be any GMs that are hidden… because they are GMs. :P

And players, well... if someone logs on and sees only 3 people, two of which idle, the other one themself... that is a bit discouraging. Even if it says 9 below that.

Just a thought... if you have no real reason to be hidden, why hide?

Heh, not pointing any fingers. I just know there are some people that hide and really don't have a reason for it…

Again, not pointing any fingers. Its a cool feature and all, and I used to use it when I was in RP all the time, then make myself visible again. I kind of saw it as a 'who's not busy thing' for me at least.

I missed the first part of the meeting, but for what I was there for, I thought it was awesome.  I'm siked to see what I missed in the log.

On @ho I think people hide alot because even though @who is an OOC feature… it -can- be easily used/abused ICly easily.

I agree that the ic/ooc line can be smeared by many, that's why I used to @invis, but if you wanna level the playing field I personally think now that nobody should ever be able to @invis, I think it should be totally eliminated (@invis that is) first of all if someone wants a piece of me icly fuck it let em come, second of all even though someone knows your on, doesn't mean they know where you are at…

I completely agree, we need an @ho command.

And I've never used @invis past the first time it was out to play with it over and over till it got boring to type @invis.

Then, luckily, I was visible on the who list.
