Toggling Feeds for Offline Devices
Should be able to toggle off devices that are offline

Alright, so with security systems, I get not being able to toggle a feed on for a device that's offline for whatever reason, but I would think you should be able to at least toggle the feed off. The problem that arises currently as it exists is that if a device goes offline and is otherwise unrecoverable, it still continues to take up a feed on whatever monitor was tuned to that feed and there's no convenient way to undo it.
One of the very unfortunate side effects of the security network changes was the change to wiring hubs. Prior to the changes you could toggle wiring hub feeds to on or off. I don't think it cleared them entirely, it's been a bit, but you could toggle whether a feed fed to a screen or not.

This is particularly horrible now with security switchboards and some touch screens for sensitive information.

I'd love if we could see this function restored to wiring hubs.

I may be wrong (and I'm not sure how detailed I can get into here), but I think there are a few ways to free up things through the hub with certain tools. I just think it's weird that you can't tell the monitor to stop trying to watch an inactive feed.
