Signs in rooms
Now a real thing

So, we have a bunch of hard coded 'signs' that have colors in rooms, and they are annoying to work with because editing the room description can cause the colors to go away. A while back I created a 'neon sign' that flickers and such. I've made some improvements to this. You may have noticed the New Rose Hotel sign, as an example.

I've updated a handful of the existing signs in the game to be the new sign objects. You can even look directly at them. They flicker, with different letters going out at different times. Adds ambiance, makes builders lives easier.
