Little Kyoto is a neighborhood in the northwest corner of central Red Sector centered on North Tamiya Avenue and Sinn Street, historically home to a significant population of Japanese immigrants, though now thoroughly multicultural like the rest of the sector. It is home to the Deji-Pachi pachinko parlour and pub, Kro's Kar Kare garage and junkyard, and the precarious Skyrise Trailer Park.
At the street level the area is mostly controlled by The Sinners, though the Yakuza are said to reign over business and crime in the area behind the scenes.
